If you want a programme refresh, or to build a new catalogue of programmes for your training function to deliver internally, for a fixed price we can develop a complete suite of development of development programmes on your behalf, and if required, up-skill your employed training professionals to deliver them.
As with all our bespoke work, the copy-right for these programme transfers to you once they have been built.
In support of this we are an accredited development centre with the ILM and can have the programmes accredited on your behalf as either assessment or development awards if that will add value for you.
Recognising the increasing pressure organisations feel when releasing people for longer periods of time, or for budgetary reasons, we can develop a range of OdysseyBYTE™ modules for you. ‘organisational’ report on the group profile of participants as it develops. This is drawn from any development or assessment psychometrics used and the observations of the facilitators to identify strengths, weakness, and critical trends in behaviour and the associated performance and cultural implications.
We are pleased to announce that we can now facilitate on-line training sessions that bring together participants from wherever they are around the globe; to learn, interact and share their experiences within a virtual classroom. Our approach within this virtual environment is to utilise the same principals we embed within our classroom based programmes, learning experiences that bring participants together to interact, exchange, and share experiences from the comfort of their desks, in a participative and interactive learning environment.
We believe that the training doesn’t stop when participants leave the training room; working with one of our global clients, we now use virtual meeting places to bring together people from multiple locations around the world to share their experiences in applying and transferring learning to the work place, and, establishing best practice for cascade throughout the organisation.
