Neal has 30 years of business and project management experience in both private and public sectors, and he has worked at senior management and director level.  He offers a unique blend of proven leadership, consultancy, strategic management, and training and development skills allied to 'hands on' business experience developed in a wide-ranging career. 

His portfolio of achievements includes as an owner-director turning around an ailing family business to become a successful multi-million pound enterprise, and leading a ground-breaking PFI project.
