Kevin is Managing Director of the Odyssey Group. His unique style and insight has been instrumental in transforming and revolutionising the development functions and practices in major household known companies across the retail, insurance and construction service industries.

During his career he has led his teams to achieve a raft of ‘1sts’ in the development Industry with proven benefit to the individuals and companies concerned.  With a background in operations, sales management, service, PR & communications and human resources Kevin’s pragmatic understanding of development theory and practice continues to add value across a broad range of businesses both nationally and internationally.
